Mary Denise Rhodd, 67, peacefully moved into the next realm on Thursday, May 19th, 2022 at home, surrounded by her loving children. A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, May 26th, 2022, 10:30AM at Easter Lake Shelter #4.
Mary was born October 23rd, 1954 to Clarence and Julia (Wittfoth) Robinson. After graduating from Paton-Churdan High School, Mary went on to DMACC in Boone, where she graduated then went to Iowa State University where she majored in English. For most of her life, Mary was employed with CDS Global in Boone and Des Moines where she was an account manager. She returned to DMACC in Des Moines where she earned her Associate's degree in 2013.
During retirement, she enjoyed spending time with her children, playing slots, sitting by the pool and hanging out with her good friends. A lifelong fan of The Beatles, Mary instilled in her children and friends a passion for music and humor. Those remembering Mary will no doubt think of her laugh, jokes, ability to liven up a crowd and the number 452. Her children and grandchild will remember a devoted and caring mother, who committed herself to spreading happiness and peace.
Mary is preceded in death by her parents Clarence and Julia Robinson, her grandparents Niles and Jessie Wittfoth, two children Lee and Andy Rhodd, John Lennon, George Harrison and Tom Petty.
Mary is survived by her brothers David and Steven Robinson, sister Janet Sprague, children Jon, Joe Stephanie and Anthony Rhodd, granddaughter McCartney Rhodd, Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr.
