Marilyn Crawford was born on November 6th, 1930, in Hibbing Minnesota. Surrounded by family and holding her daughter’s hand, she peacefully passed away on October 14th, 2024, in Waukee, Iowa.
Marilyn was an incredibly gifted abstract artist, and she loved sharing her amazing gift with others. She transformed every canvass that she touched into an unbelievably beautiful masterpiece. Everyone who was lucky enough to know Marilyn knew that she herself was the greatest masterpiece of all. She made the world around her more beautiful not only with her paint brush, but also with her laugh, with her smile and with her heart.
While it is okay to cry because Marilyn’s life on earth has ended, also remember to smile because it happened. What a magnificent life!!
