Diana Barton was born April 22, 1954, to Lola and William in Kelsey California. She grew up in California with her father and mother Peggy Barton, 1 brother, and sister (Mari Mahdavi). She loved camping, hiking, family, and softball. Diana never met a stranger and loved to chat with everyone, she had great stories and was an amazing listener. She found a partner and best friend in 1993 and married her wife Amber Barton on July 18th, 2009. Together they raised their daughters AngelRose Fell and Kuqra Ladrigan in Iowa. She was proceeded in death by her mother Peggy Barton. She leaves behind her wife Amber Barton, daughters AngelRose Fell and Kuqra Ladrigan, 9 grandchildren (Livia, Hasan, Kenton, Michael, Teagan, and Aislynn) 1 great grandson, her brother, sister Mari Mahdavi (husband Mahmoud and son Romin) and so many beloved friends and family. Diana will be greatly missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing and loving her. She was a beautiful soul with a free spirit and love of nature. She never let you leave without filling up your hug-o-meter and always took the blame for eating the last of the sweets. She passed at home surrounded by the love and support of her family on Friday September 15th, 2023. We love you Omma, save us a seat at your table.
