Mr. Bobby F. Phillips "Bob-bo" passed on October 31, 2022 while traveling. he was proceeded in death by his parents Hazel Phillips Lucky and Freddy Messer, as well as a sister Marie Herrin and a nephew Louis Herrin.
He is survived by his daughter Kayla Johnson of Hawaii; brother Billy Herrin Sr. (Janie) of Sylvester, GA; brother Thomas Herrin of Sylvester, GA; brother Jason Lucky of Albany, GA; niece Samantha "Punkin" Provoncha (Jeremy) of Brunswick, GA; nephew Billy Herrin Jr. "Cracker Jack" of Sylvester, GA; niece Hazel Herrin of Sylvester, GA; Aunt Patricia Flowers of Sylvester, GA; great niece Alyssa Provoncha of Brunswick, GA and a host of cousins and friends.
Bobby was born in Clearwater, FL on September 13, 1973 but lived most of his life in Albany, GA and Sylvester, GA. Bobby spent his last few years traveling the US. Bobby was always a free spirit and now flies high with the eagles.
A memorial will be held at a later date.
