Bobbie Sullivan was born in Pontiac, Michigan in 1942. Bobbie was the third of five children born. She had three brothers, Leslie, Jim, John and sister Jackie. She lived most of her life in California.
She graduated from Bellflower High School in 1960. While in high school, she met the love of her life John Sullivan. They married in August of 1960. They were blessed with two daughters, Brenda and Traci. The most important thing to Bobbie was her family. She was married to John for 60 years. They spent most of their years in California enjoying, camping, motorcycles and boating. Bobbie enjoyed sewing and quilting, she had various part-time jobs, but her greatest joy was being a mom, wife and homemaker. Bobbie and John moved to Iowa in 2010 when John retired.
Bobbie is survived by her husband John, daughters Brenda (Mishell) and Traci (Chris), granddaughter Erica, step-grandsons Gabe and Wes (Ashley), 4 great-grandchildren, brothers Leslie, Jim, sister Jackie, numerous nieces and nephews, and her puppy, Maggie. She also has a wonderful extended family in Iowa, whom she loved very much. Proceeded in death by her parents, brother John, nephew Curtis.
