Bernie Musch was born on July 8, 1932, in Dewar, Iowa. He passed away on September 25, 2024, at the Good Samaritan Society in Indianola, Iowa.
Bernie had just celebrated his 92nd birthday in July this year. He loved going to the Senior Center and playing cards with his friends. He was known for being an honest Car & RV salesman and owned his own car lots in Waterloo and surrounding areas for many years. He loved taking his family to the Mississippi River where they spent their time on a sandbar enjoying life to its fullest. Bernie also loved to sing and dance. Every time he got a chance he would sing to others and make them smile. He even recorded some of his own favorites on CD. He will be forever missed by all.
Bernie is survived by 3 children Linda Lewis of Waterloo, Connie Christy (Mike Smith) of Des Moines, Terrie (George) Baker of Concord, California. He is survived by 11 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren, a sister Marion (Bob) Wolfe and a brother Jim Musch.
He was preceded in death by his wife Donna, daughter Brenda Reiner, a sister and 3 brothers.
There will be a celebration of life at Lofty's Lounge 3480 Lafayette Rd, Evansdale, IA on Friday October 4th at 1:00 pm.
